At this FREE community event, we will learn about how resource extraction activities can have a negative impact on the wellbeing of local communities, and watch a documentary about the Cobalt mines in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Cobalt is an important component of electric vehicle batteries, and a discussion will follow about how the "green transition" can be more socially just.
