The following are our policies regarding the sales and use of advance tickets on our website:

There will be no refunds except in case of program change.
Seating is guaranteed, but seats are still on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive 30 minutes before showtime.
Advance ticket holders must line up normally and check in at the box office. Members must show cards at door.
A $0.50 service fee is added to each ticket.
