This is classic, 1980's King; working with one of the best horror film directors ever, John Carpenter. Not only does he create a masterful horror film adaptation of the book, but Carpenter created a unique film score for it, himself.
King went on to descibe Christine as 'Happy Days Gone Mad' and it really shows in this unique film that is unlike a lot of his other works.
