We are excited to be presenting the award-winning new documentary, The Woman Who Loves Giraffes, with the "woman" herself in attendance for post-film Q&As, Dr. Anne Innis Dagg. Also premiering this week is a new Icelandic film, Woman At War, a thoroughly entertaining movie about an eco-warrior. It's the rarest of things: A crowd-pleaser about climate change. Jodie Foster is going to be remaking this film with herself in the title role, so we recommend you see the original first! We continue our Kubrick series with a 4K restoration of 2001: A Space Odyssey and our never-ending Ghibli fest continues with Ponyo. Don't miss Willem Dafoe's Oscar-nominated performance as Vincent Van Gogh in At Eternity's Gate, and for those who can't get enough of stellar British thespians, we offer the delightful documentary, Nothing Like A Dame, featuring four of them: Judi Dench, Maggie Smith, Eileen Atkins and Joan Plowright. Finally, if you loved Free Solo, we highly recommend The Dawn Wall. It didn't win an Oscar, but we think it's a superior film. Come and see why!

“That dude could paint! There are biopics of artists that don’t ask more of an audience than that simple reaction. Not so with Julian Schnabel’s extraordinary At Eternity’s Gate, which features a monumental, career-best performance from Willem Dafoe as Vincent Van Gogh.
